The air-suspended centrifugal compressor is a single-stage centrifugal compressor that does not require a gearbox, speed increaser, or coupling. It is directly driven by a high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), and the motor is controlled by a variable frequency drive(VFD) for speed regulation. The impeller of the compressor is directly coupled to the motor, and the shaft is sus pended on an active air bearing.
High-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor
●lt adopts a high-efficiency permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with an efficiency≥96%;
●Compact in size;
●lt can achieve precise speed control, up to a maximum of 100,000r/min;
●The motor shaft is directly connected to the impeller, with a trans mission efficiency of 100%;
●The insulation class is H class (maximum temperature res istance of 170*C);
●The motor pole number is 2 poles, suitable for a power supply of AC380V/50Hz
Impeller
●lt is made of high-hardness heat-treated aviation aluminum AL7075 (aviation aluminum) ;
●lt is precisely manufactured through 5-axis machining center, with tolerances kept below 5/1000millimeters; The surface is smooth and clean, and it has higher efficiency compared to cast impellers; LE+R
●lt has high strength, suitable for harsh working conditions of high temperature and high pressure;

Air bearing
●An air bearing utilizes high-speed centrifugal force to suspend itself.

●lt works on a non-contact basis, with no need for maintenance or repair;
●The bearing operates without vibration.
Efficient cooling system
We use a dual-stage air-cooling and self-cooling method with the latest technology, and set up separate air flow channels inside and outside the main unit in a reasonable and ingenious way to maximize the cooling of the main unit. This ensures that the blower system can still operate steadily and reliably even in hot summers.
